I practice yoga to learn about myself and allow movement to be my expression. I fully believe growing in awareness is the path to wellbeing and movement is medicine.
I teach yoga to share the experience of awareness, presence, and the healing that happens in that space.
I am trained in vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga. In my classes you can expect encouragement to listen to your body, mind, and soul, and to move in ways that feel accessible while building strength and flexibility. I emphasize connection to self, breath, and community. I look forward to guiding you through your journey!
