Diane Le Strain
Diane is a San Francisco-based yoga instructor with over 9 years of experience practicing and studying yoga. She specializes in Vinyasa, Power, and Slow Flow yoga. Diane’s classes offer a playful yet creative sequence designed for all bodies, creating a welcoming space to explore the connection between wellness and movement. She believes yoga is a practice of building both inner and communal strength, inviting students to cultivate awareness, resilience, and joy on and off the mat.
Outside of teaching and practicing yoga, Diane is an education manager in the software startup space, enjoys spending time outside with her fiancé and two dogs, and loves getting lost in a good book.
