Moni Pinter grew up in Hungary. After her life took a really hard turn. She discovered yoga as a way to heal and transform her life. She was inspired by the Jivamukti yoga method, which combines physical practice, ethical living, and spiritual devotion. She learned from some of the best teachers in the world, including Sharon Gannon, David Life, Ruth Laurer-Manenti and Jules Febre in India, and Giselle Mari and Wendy Klein in the US. She believes in compassion, kindness, community, and spirituality as the core values of yoga. She is also passionate about holistic nutrition, and she has a degree from Bauman College in Santa Cruz. She loves to share her knowledge and experience with others, and to help them find joy and peace through yoga and veganism. She also loves to cook delicious vegan meals for her friends and family.
